- HOW THIS DIFFERS FROM RENTING A VAN
Sometimes you need a delivery made, not a vehicle to drive yourself.
Most of our services involve you or your team using a rented van directly. Same-day refrigerated delivery is different: you tell us what needs to move and where, we collect it, keep it within range, and deliver it — the same way you’d book a courier, just built for chilled cargo instead of parcels.
It’s aimed at a single urgent shipment rather than a recurring route: a client order that needs to reach a customer today, a pallet that missed its scheduled transport, or a business without its own refrigerated vehicle that occasionally needs one chilled delivery handled end to end. Same Day Refrigerated Delivery.
- HOW THE SERVICE WORKS
What's included in a same-day delivery booking.
Collection to drop-off, handled for you
We collect from your location and deliver directly, so you don't need a driver, licence or vehicle of your own.
Same-day confirmation
Bookings placed in the morning are typically collected and delivered within the same day, across Dubai and neighbouring emirates.
Proof of delivery on request
Confirmation of collection and delivery times available if you need it for your own records or your customer.
- WHEN THIS IS THE RIGHT SERVICE
Situations where a courier-style delivery beats renting a van.
If any of these sound like your situation, booking a delivery is usually simpler than renting and driving a van yourself. Same Day Refrigerated Delivery.
1
A single urgent customer order
One chilled shipment that has to reach a customer today, without tying up your own staff to drive it.
2
A one-off delivery for a business with no cold chain vehicle
Businesses that only occasionally need a chilled delivery handled, rather than renting a van they'd rarely use.
3
A missed or delayed scheduled transport
Cargo that fell through its usual arrangement and needs to move today instead.
4
On the road
Your load moves under cover, with 24/7 support on call.
"We had an urgent midday pastry shortage for an upscale yacht event in Dubai Marina. Their same-day refrigerated delivery service handled the pickup and delivered 40 custom cakes chilled at exactly 4°C within hours. We didn't even need our own driver. A total lifesaver!"
Chef Karim Mansoor
Head Pastry Chef, Marina Gourmet Caterers
"When our regular courier couldn't guarantee strict temperature verification for a sensitive clinic delivery, we booked their same-day chilled transit. They verified the 2–8°C cabin temp prior to dispatch and provided immediate proof of delivery. Highly professional and dependable."
